This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own and does not require you to create an account. If you telephone the clinic or make an enquiry, we collect the contact details and the information about your hair and health that you choose to give us, so that we can arrange and carry out a consultation.
Why we hold it
We hold your information to arrange appointments, to carry out and record clinical assessments, to compare progress against your baseline images over time, and to meet our legal and professional record keeping obligations. Clinical records are held on the basis of providing healthcare.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
